South Sudan - ECTN Certificate

According to the decision acted in 01.04.2019, South Sudan government requests the ECTN certificate for each bill of lading of the export goods to South Sudan.

Necessary Documents:

Bill of Lading
Commercial Invoice
Freight Invoice
Customs Declaration

ECTN certificate is a must document for each bill of lading. It does not matter either the loading is parcial or full (LCL or FCL). The process period of ECTN certificate is three days in average. That is enough to send us the documents as pdf via our e-mail addresses. There is no extra process and extra fees such as filling the form, payment for the forms etc !
