According to the regulations issued by the South Sudan Revenue Authority, a CTN Certificate is mandatory for all cargo imported by sea.

CTN stands for Cargo Tracking Note, which is also known in French as Bordereau de Suivi des Cargaisons (BSC).

A South Sudan CTN Certificate is required for each individual Bill of Lading. A unique certificate is issued for every Bill of Lading, and multiple certificates cannot be issued for the same Bill of Lading. This requirement applies regardless of whether the shipment is Less than Container Load (LCL) or Full Container Load (FCL).

If an application is not approved, the system provides a notification explaining the reason for rejection and the required corrections. Based on this notification, we will request the necessary amendments from you and resubmit the application using the revised documents.

Important Information Regarding Fees

There is no charge for preparing the draft South Sudan CTN Certificate.
